Position Summary

Safety Sub - leader  ( Asst. Manger -EHS ) 

Job Responsibilities 1

• Safety management ( As per DENSO std. , ISO 14001 , 45001 ) - Internal Audit , External audit preparation , implimentation & continuous improvement.
• Creating awarnes & imparting eduction for 16 Nos. of EHS training programs , DOJO - upgradation as per risk addition in process
• Projects :  Ensuring Project risk assessment & education  to project leaders & contractors safety mgtm.
• Operation :  Risk control as per risk level , top managment review 1/M  - Safety KPI , MIS  &  Accident preventions actions 
• Legal - Environment monitoring planning , data analysis , periodic review of EHS legal obligation implimentation at GENBA
• G&O implimentation in collebaration of all department & periodically review.
• EHS related daily /monthly consumables budget planning &actual monitoring 
• Environment working  related to TEM , Kaizen 
• Machine Safety check   with Cross functional team 
• Environment , Health & Safety events  planning & execution  [ Safety Day , Environment days , Health Days etc.]
• External Stackholders , Customers - request implimentation at DENSO.

Qualification :  B.Tech/ Graduate - In Environment & Safety  or Industrial Safety , Fire & Safety  , Chemical , Electrical , Mechanical .

Specialization :  Advance Diploma in Industrial  Safety/ Fire & Safety .

Experience of EHS area  job :  3~4 years  or    < 5 years, > 2 years
