Position Summary

 Key player in  DNHA Organization & Shared service for DIIN  :

This position is replacement of existing /available position  of Mr. Rochak ,  role is  DIIN  Daily , weekly , Monthly & Annual  EHS  operation, Data analysis.

Job Responsibilities 1

 Key Job responsibility as followed :

1. Performance monitoring and Risk Control :Conduct an implementation of internal EHS inspections, patrolling and audits and compliances of improvement plans .

2.  Achievement of ISO and Company internal standards: Implementation of Environment, health, safety management system in accordance with ISO standards and company internal standards.

3.Risk management & Emergency preparedness :Conducting Risk assessment, and other hazard identification & control techniques/tools for effective risk management. Implementation of measures of company emergency response plan and conducting periodic rehearsals.

4. Prevention of accident re-occurrence & stack holder compliances, Service  Centre ,  R & D  Smooth Safety Management :Investigation of EHS incidents/accidents to identify possible corrective/preventive actions and following up for closing.

Correspondences with all stakeholder in relation to new EHS requirements, needs and good practices and incident /accident improvements EHS Events & Other promotional activities with Area leaders to sustain “Zero” injuries & Fire.

5.Trainings and Awareness : To identify training needs and impart EHS training programmes for competency development of organisation in terms of EHS. conduct EHS promotional activities and events to enrich safety culture among all team members

6.Continuous improvement :To comply with all applicable statutory/legal requirements and other customer needs.

7.EHS  - Legal  compliance  & operations :Compliances/approvals related to HSPCB/CPCB, Factory rules , Haryana fire act/NBC etc, Operations & maintenance of fire fighting system , Hazardous waste room & Haz process health checks

8.Contractor’s Safety management  : Construction Safety Management  System ( Planning, Risk Assessment, Training , Patrolling, Monitoring, KY  etc.)Education  &  risk assessment  as  per  DENSO Manual & Conduct  Safety Patrol , ensure  work permit system compliance

9.EHS- Digitalization ( EHS  - Mgmt. system) :Capable of Designing “EHS area automation “or having experience of Such type of project handling

Job Responsibilities 2

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: B.TECH/B.SC /MSc in any field (Fire & safety , mechanical , electrical  , electronics and industrial, Environment Science, ESG )

Or Engineering diploma Or B.S c( Science) + (Optional)  Full time 1yr PG diploma from state govt. recognised institute

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE  : 2-3 experience in the field of EHS/SHE.
