Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage the end-to-end coordination of parts deliveries between our manufacturing plant and customer (MSIL). This role is critical in ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient order fulfillment, while maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivery Coordination: Manage the complete lifecycle of parts delivery from the manufacturing plant to customers, ensuring timely dispatch and receipt.
- Customer & Plant Collaboration: Liaise with customer teams and manufacturing plant to align delivery schedules and production plans.
- Order Management: Download and consolidate firm orders & rolling forecast from customer portals and share with the plant for planning.
- MRP Sticker Coordination: Organize MRP stickers with customers as per location-specific requirements, ensuring proper labelling and compliance through coordination with manufacturing plant.
- Daily Supply Monitoring: Track daily parts supplies, ensure prompt SRV generation, and facilitate timely payments.
- Forecasting: Prepare and communicate a six-month forecast based on customer plans to support proactive production planning.
- Identify and resolve delivery-related issues with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Maintain strong relationships and manage expectations through effective communication and negotiation.
- Ensure adherence to customer-specific documentation and process standards including packing, compliance, and vehicle check sheets.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree: Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain coordination, logistics, or order management.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing and delivery processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office tools and handling customer portal of MSIL.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
